Their idea is awesome and the website is incredibly easy to use. Sign up for the daily Groupon alerts and wake up to a new deal each day.
Throughout this blog, I will purchase Deals on Groupon and try them out. After each, I will blog about my experience and rate how good of a deal it was.
I’ll do my best to post frequently with either an entry about the deals I’ve tried out or with my pick for the “GrouponGuru Deal of the Day” – the deal I think is the best out of all of cities featured.

Hey GrouponGuru!
While I understand you are the “Groupon” Guru, I wanted to write you and tell you to check out a new daily deal site in DC called http://www.DealsForDeeds.com. What makes it so cool is that in addition to getting a great daily deal, like Groupon, DealsForDeeds also supports local DC-based charities in the process. A percentage of every deal is donated to one of three charities that rotate on a frequent basis – this allows local businesses, subscribers and local charities to connect in a really fun and mutually beneficial manner. We are really excited about not just being able to provide great deals to people, but also about having a positive impact on our community.
